However, if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue to request a free replacement or refund. If an order is returned due to an invalid or incomplete address provided by the customer, a refund of the product price only (excluding shipping) will be issued.
